Out of the DarknessMy eyes adjusted to the darkness of the room and my heart. It hurt to think, it hurt to listen. It hurt to breathe. My lungs filled up with the anguish that filled my soul and my breathing came in staggers.   
"Are you all right?"   
I shook my head, answering His question and trying to tune Him out.   
My heart began to race faster and faster, as if I was on some thrill ride for life. His voice echoed inside my head and in my heart, trying to break inside my already broken soul. The more exhausted I became, the harder it was to keep Him out.   
"I love you, you do know that." He said, placing a gentle Out of the Darkness

Beautiful Bride, Beautiful LieMy life was staring me in the face as my mother fixed the veil to lay just right. Her smile beamed everything I wish I was feeling. It was hard not to cry right there in front of her but I didn't. That would ruin everything we'd planned.   
"You're stunning sweetheart," She said kissing me lightly on the cheek. "I'll see you out there."  
 
I nodded and watched her walk out, leaving a trail of love behind. My eyes immediately began to water, ruining my makeup. I didn't care though, it was all an act anyway.  
 
What I was doing was a sin. That was just it though, a sin in the house of God that I couldn't handle. Beautiful Bride, Beautiful Lie

I wanted to wish everyone here on deviantArt a Happy Thanksgiving and an excellent holiday weekend! Don't eat too much turkey! =D

:bulletwhite:There WILL NOT be an issue of deviantArt's Got Talent this week, due to the fact that it's going to be Thanksgiving soon and everyone is busy on Black Friday (I won't be but...I still won't have time to get on the computer). I still need two people to help me out with that, if you can.

About Me...
I've been listening to Christmas music and whatnot these past couple of weeks, and I have to say...it's bittersweet for me. This will be the first Christmas I have where I'm going to have trouble getting up and moving around. I am super excited but...a little sad because I know that I will have trouble.

Of course, I have my faith in God...that He'll help me no matter what day it is, Christmas or not. Most of all, I'm hoping that everyone else in my family has an amazing Christmas filled with love and joy beyond compare. Regardless of whether I feel well or not, I'm going to make the best of it. :heart:
